HOUSE RULES

1. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (very quiet building).

2. Parties, drugs, or any disturbance to neighbors are strictly prohibited, with possible eviction and a deposit penalty of up to €500.

3. Respect the neighbors and behave appropriately in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Lost keys will incur replacement fees.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

6. You assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illness occurring on the premises or related to its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Any damage that occurs during your stay must be reported before departure.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in financial penalties and full responsibility for any fines imposed by the administration or local authorities.
